An established business founded in 1991 by a group of dissatisfied engineers who wanted to do a "proper job" for their customers. We have now grown into an organisation of highly trained specialist staff that are happy we do a "proper job" for our customers.
It was still relatively early in networking technology when P&C Communications founded in 1991, but a trend had already developed towards poor customer service, geek–speak and being put on hold for an hour. Frustrated with their employers' attitudes towards customers, our founders commenced business believing that if you look after your customers properly, you don't have to spend so much time either selling or fixing stuff. It's how engineers think.
Today, the industry has grown and changed beyond recognition and our organisation has grown and changed into a corporate entity. Our customer base now ranges from government and large corporations to smaller businesses. P&C Communications appreciates that no matter how large or small a company is, the networking solution being provided is a critical element in the well–being and profitability of that organisation. We now support products and services that hadn't been invented in 1991, for customers in industries that didn't exist back then.
Our team of experienced personnel respond quickly and efficiently, building strong and professional partnerships to provide a quality service. Our speciality is supplying quality networking solutions for Companies by listening to the customer's needs, finding time to guide, advise and solve problems with a caring approach.
