Maintenance agreements are backed by a Service Level Agreement and include customer access to our Help Desk, who by carrying out first line fault diagnoses are often able to rectify problems, reducing down time and the need for further engineering involvement.

Maintenance agreements can normally be tailored to meet our customer's specific requirements catering for those customers with their own maintenance support staff, and those who would benefit from onsite engineering support.

We can also offer a carrier support service and have the facilities in most cases to monitor carrier services. In the event of a network failure, we can identify if it is the equipment or a carrier services problem. When our diagnosis point to a carrier services issue we take ownership of the fault, log it with the carrier, and drive the problem through until normal working service is resumed.
