We can provide network management and monitoring, performance analysis, fault finding and troubleshooting. Our Help Desk is manned in–house by a team of highly trained network and communications engineers.
P&C Communications are able to offer your company a number of network management solutions. From consultancy to a fully managed network monitoring service, P&C Communications can offer a solution to suit your specific requirements.
The P&C Help Desk can monitor your network and produce detailed statistics on network usage. This information can be used to find trends and proactively solve any network problems that may be occurring or about to occur.

We can also offer a Carrier Management service and have the facilities in most cases to monitor carrier services. In the event of a network failure, we can identify if it is the equipment or a telecom provider problem. When our diagnosis points to a carrier services issue we take ownership of the fault, log it with the telecom provider, and drive the problem through until normal working service is resumed.
Maintenance agreements are backed by a Service Level Agreement and include customer access to our Help Desk, who by carrying out first line fault diagnosis are often able to rectify problems, reducing down time and the need for further engineering involvement.
Maintenance agreements can normally be tailored to meet our customer's specific requirements catering for those customers with their own maintenance support staff, and those who would benefit from onsite engineering support.
