Network Infrastructures are becoming more and more complex with various types of applications being transferred over the network infrastructure. Applications such as voice and video are very dependent upon bandwidth and reliability of the infrastructure and can sometimes impact on other core applications necessary to running the business.

As an application, system provider or maintainer end customers often generalise that the system is not good enough or is running slowly. However there are usually other factors that maybe causing this and without information it's difficult to make a judgement or provide the end customer with information. This is where we can fit into to provide you with an independent review.

Gather data via tools including reviewing and raising questions.
Use experience and knowledge of good practices.
Initial thoughts at the end of the day.

Over 100 users an additional £200 per 50 users

(200 users £995 + 2 x £200 = £1395.00)

Maybe assistance to enable SNMP on their hardware.

What the customer can expect

Detailed report.
Including findings.
Data & Graphs to backup findings.
Recommendations.
Conclusions.

What we will not provide

Recommendations on servers and applications.
Reconfigurations at this stage.
